1. Scope and Acceptance
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information by Bahlon® and its licensees, operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives (collectively, “we,” “us,” “Bahlon”) across all Bahlon platforms, including bahlon.com, related subdomains, email, SMS, events, content, and community spaces (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, subscribing to any list, purchasing any product, or otherwise engaging with Bahlon, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Information We May Collect
We may collect any information you provide to us or that is generated through your use of the Platform, including:
Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and similar identifiers
Account credentials, preferences, and settings
Participation, engagement, and behavioral data
Purchase, transaction, and subscription records
Device information, browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate location
Usage analytics, referral sources, and session data
Any content, communication, or submission you transmit to us
Payment card information is processed by our third-party payment processors (including but not limited to Stripe) and is not retained by Bahlon.
3. How We Use Information
We use information for any lawful business purpose as we determine appropriate, including but not limited to:
Delivering content, products, services, and experiences
Operating, maintaining, improving, personalizing, and expanding the Platform
Processing transactions and managing accounts
Communicating with you, including marketing, promotional, operational, and transactional messages
Research, analytics, audience development, and product development
Protecting the security, integrity, and lawful operation of the Platform
Complying with legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and enforcing our rights
Any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection or reasonably compatible with the foregoing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may share information with service providers, processors, affiliates, successors, licensees, and other parties as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform or pursue any purpose described in this Policy.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with:
Service providers, vendors, and processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support, advertising operations)
Affiliates, licensees, joint venturers, and authorized partners
Professional advisors (attorneys, accountants, auditors)
Successors in interest in connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or bankruptcy
Law enforcement, regulators, courts, and other parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our rights, protect the safety of any person, or respond to lawful process

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for site function, performance, analytics, personalization, and marketing. You may manage cookie preferences through our cookie consent interface or through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit Platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as we determine is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to satisfy our legitimate business interests, or to comply with legal obligations. Retention periods are determined at our discretion.
7. Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No system is perfectly secure. You use the Platform at your own risk and acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is guaranteed against unauthorized access.
8. International Users and Applicable Law
The Platform is operated from the United States. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate, which may have data protection laws different from those of your country.
Where applicable laws grant you additional rights — including, as applicable, rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act, or similar statutes — we will honor those rights to the extent we are legally required to do so. We are not obligated to honor requests asserting rights under laws that do not apply to us or to the processing at issue.

9. California Residents
California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected, the purposes for which it was collected, the categories of third parties with whom it was shared, and may request deletion, correction, or limitation of use, subject to statutory exceptions. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. California residents may submit requests through the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer or by emailing hello@bahlon.com.
10. Children
The Platform is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, contact us at hello@bahlon.com and we will take appropriate action.
11. Third-Party Sites
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
12. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace this Privacy Policy at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice to you. Changes become effective upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform, continued subscription, or continued engagement after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy in full. If you do not agree to a modified Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Agreement
By accessing the Platform, subscribing, purchasing, or otherwise engaging with Bahlon, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of Content
BAHLON® is a collective intelligence expressed through Christopher Johnson, who serves as the Oracle for Bahlon. Content delivered through the Platform may include reflective insight, symbolic or intuitive perspectives, strategic observations, philosophical commentary, and creative expression informed by lived experience and intuition.
All Bahlon content is offered for reflective, educational, exploratory, and entertainment purposes only. Content is not, and shall not be construed as:
Medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Legal, financial, tax, investment, or accounting advice
Religious doctrine, spiritual direction, or instruction
A substitute for consultation with a qualified licensed professional
A promise, guarantee, or prediction of any specific outcome
You assume full and sole responsibility for any decision, action, or inaction taken in reliance on Bahlon content. Engagement with Bahlon is voluntary and undertaken at your sole discretion and risk.
3. Intellectual Property
BAHLON® is a registered trademark used under license. All content, text, audio, video, imagery, frameworks, language, formats, and materials on or delivered through the Platform are owned by or licensed to Bahlon and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access Bahlon content for your own non-commercial personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, record, transcribe, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, train machine-learning systems on, or commercially exploit any Bahlon content without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized use is a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages.
4. User Content
Any content you submit to Bahlon — including comments, questions, feedback, testimonials, or materials transmitted through the Platform — is deemed non-confidential. You grant Bahlon a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for any purpose, in any medium, without compensation or attribution to you.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not infringe any third-party right and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Access
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless an event or product is cancelled by Bahlon. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation procedure posted on the Platform at the time of purchase. Access to purchased content is personal and non-transferable. Some sessions, events, or communications may be recorded for archival, editorial, or future distribution use, and by attending or participating you consent to such recording and use. Content availability, pricing, and features may change at any time without notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
Use automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access or extract content without authorization
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
Use Bahlon content to train, develop, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning or AI systems without prior written authorization
7. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you. Sections surviving termination include Intellectual Property, User Content, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY BAHLON OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES CREATES ANY WARRANTY.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BAHLON, THE TRADEMARK OWNER, LICENSED OPERATORS, CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON (INDIVIDUALLY AND IN HIS CAPACITY AS ORACLE), OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, LICENSEES, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY BAHLON CONTENT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM OR ANY BAHLON CONTENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BAHLON IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations or exclusions of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bahlon and all related parties described in Section 9 from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, (c) your infringement of any third-party right, or (d) any content you submit.
11. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Platform, any Bahlon content, or any transaction with Bahlon (each a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in [BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA / COUNTY, STATE — CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL], or via remote proceeding at our election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver. You and Bahlon agree that any Dispute shall be brought only in your or our individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
Limitations Period. Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@bahlon.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Opt-out does not affect any other provision.
12. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF FLORIDA / STATE — CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 11, the exclusive venue for any action not subject to arbitration shall be the state or federal courts located in [BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA / COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving the intent of the original.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and any Disclaimer together constitute the entire agreement between you and Bahlon and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
16. No Waiver; Assignment
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer without notice or consent.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, utility failures, internet or telecommunications failures, pandemic, or governmental action.
